Dr Claire Gillvray has been a medical doctor for over 25 years and is a Member of both the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Royal College of GPs and has a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine. She is a qualified PT and Sports Nutritionist and has certification in Public Mental Health through the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She is an executive committee member of the RCPsych Sports Psychiatry Group leading on improving access to physical activity within mental health care. She is the current Cambridge University Boat Club Doctor and has competed for both GBR and IRL as an age group triathlete at all distances up to Ironman. She has a certification in Public Mental Health and is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine
Her passion is in motivating individuals to see the role they play in their healthspan and longevity, and helping them to create their own health plans to allow them to feel empowered to make the most out of life both physically and mentally.

Lucy Hibben is a senior Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher training under her belt. She is also a certified breath coach and mobility specialist. Lucy’s approach combines ancient yoga tradition with modern-day science to give her clients the tools they need to feel well and at home in their bodies. Her goal is to align the mind, body and breath and to create strength and resilience in all three areas so that a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence is created.
Lucy understands that there is no one size fits all solution, and she specializes in creating individualized programmes that encourage all her clients to meet themselves exactly where they are.
We are delighted to welcome Caroline Child, a certified Health Coach with a diploma in Nutritional and Lifestyle Coaching, to our team. Caroline brings a wealth of experience in weight management and blood sugar control, having worked extensively on the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and as an online coach for the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their best health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.
Caroline's approach is rooted in empathy and practicality. She believes that no foods should be off-limits and advocates for freedom around food, helping clients develop healthy, sustainable eating habits without guilt. Her background in running a café and deli adds to her understanding of the joys and challenges of meal preparation, especially for busy households.
Emma is an integrative therapist offering counselling sessions online and in person at Gillvray Health. She has a nursing background and has been dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare and social care professionals since December 2020. She works with a local mental health charity, providing counselling to clients from diverse backgrounds, ages and genders, each facing a variety of concerns.
Dr Gary Stiefel has been a Consultant in Paediatric Allergy at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust since 2012. He is the current lead for the Childrens’ allergy service. It is one of the largest clinics in the UK and offers a comprehensive service.
Gary undertook his medical training at the University of Birmingham and in 2012 completed specialist training in Paediatric Allergy. During his training he worked at both St Mary’s Hospital, London and University Hospital Southampton Foundation Trust and also completed an Allergy MSc at Imperial College London.
Gary was the lead author for the BSACI national guidelines on nut allergy and was involved in changing the legislation allowing schools to be able to hold generic Adrenaline Autoinjectors alongside Allergy UK and Anaphylaxis UK. In 2020 he led a national British Paediatric Surveillance Unit (BPSU) RCPCH study into FPIES. He is actively involved in peanut desensitisation studies and currently recruiting patients for The Natasha Clinical Trial offering milk and peanut oral immunotherapy.
Gary has previously served as a RCPCH specialist advisory committee members for Allergy, Immunology and Infectious Diseases (2014-2019). He has been a trustee for Allergy UK since 2019 and is the current Health Advisory Board Chair since October 2024.
Gary is actively involved in teaching locally & regionally and regularly lectures on the Allergy MSc at University of Southampton. His interests include food allergy, eczema, allergic rhinitis (including hay fever) and Oral and aeroallergen immunotherapy.
Gary is a member of the BSACI (British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology) and the EAACI (European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology).
